The platform is designed to minimise administration costs and maximise the money available to the therapist and hence support for the client.

TACaccess operates on a transparent funding model, applying a 6% (VAT-inclusive) transaction fee to therapist charges for bookings made through the platform. This fee is embedded within the agreed total course cost, ensuring commissioners, parents, and clients pay only the confirmed amount—no additional fees apply.

Note: For the option where a credit card is used for payments, the credit card provider's charge is added at cost when the course is funded.
